Colour Up

Colour is something of which the average Brit male may be afraid. Very afraid.

But LC:M, the biannual London menswear offering, has exhibited its usual stunning mix of striking cuts and vibrant creativity. While the weather holds, the mood is lifted and seems able to suspend our disbelief far away from the Boys in Black.

The rainbow sweater took on a new modernity at James Long, and there was clearly a red vibe in the air at Burberry, Tom Ford and Xander Zhou, to name a few.

There wasn’t just jazzy knitwear, either. There wasn’t just unwearable catwalk material. There was fun.
